Add Money to Your 578ph Account

Loading your 578ph wallet starts at the Wallet tab after you log in. We accept GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay and Bank Transfer, and each method has its own set of fields — the minimum amount, the account or reference details, and any confirmation step your chosen channel requires. Pick the method that matches the e-wallet or bank account you already use daily; there is no need to add a method you do not ordinarily keep funded.

  • Open the Wallet tab

Log in to your account and tap the Wallet tab. Select Deposit. The screen lists GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay and Bank Transfer — choose the one that matches your active e-wallet or bank.

  • Enter the amount and get the reference

Key in the deposit amount within the limits shown on screen. The system generates a unique reference number and displays the destination account or QR code. Copy the reference before you leave this screen.

  • Complete the transfer from your wallet

Open GCash, Maya, GrabPay or your bank app and send the amount to the address shown, including the exact reference. Do not change the amount or omit the reference — both affect how the system matches the transfer.

  • Confirm the balance update

Return to your 578ph account. When the transfer is matched, your wallet balance updates on the dashboard. The History panel logs the transaction with a status label so you can verify it any time.

MOVE FUNDS OUT

Withdraw Your Balance to a Local Wallet

Withdrawal requests are sent from the same Wallet tab where you fund the account — tap Withdraw and the screen shows the methods available to your account at that point. Your account must be verified before a withdrawal can be processed; if verification is still pending, the Withdraw button will prompt you to complete that step first.

  • Open Withdraw under the Wallet tab

Log in and go to Wallet, then select Withdraw. The screen shows the payout methods your account supports. If verification is incomplete, the system will redirect you to finish that step before continuing.

  • Select your payout method and amount

Choose GCash, Maya, InstaPay or Bank Transfer. Enter the amount within the limits shown. The receiving account details displayed must match your registered wallet or bank — no changes can be made at this stage without re-verification.

  • Submit and track the request

Confirm the withdrawal. A reference entry is created in your History panel immediately. Check the status label there. If the status stays pending beyond the window shown on screen, contact support with the reference number.

Account Verification on 578ph
VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY

Account Verification on 578ph

Verification is the step that connects your 578ph account to your real identity and the wallet or bank account you plan to use for withdrawals. Without it, deposits can be received but withdrawals are held until the check is complete. The process is straightforward: we ask for a government-issued photo ID and, in some cases, a selfie or a screenshot showing ownership of the GCash, Maya or bank account registered to your profile.

  • Go to Account Settings

After login, open Account Settings and find the Verification section. The page shows which documents are required and what format they should be in before you upload them.

  • Upload a government-issued ID

A valid Philippine government ID — passport, driver's licence or national ID — is accepted. The image must be clear on all four corners. Blurry or cropped uploads will be flagged for resubmission.

  • Confirm wallet ownership if prompted

For GCash, Maya or bank withdrawals, you may be asked to show that the receiving account belongs to you. A screenshot of the wallet's profile page displaying your registered name is usually sufficient.

  • Wait for approval and check status

Once submitted, the verification status in Account Settings updates as the review progresses. Approval unlocks full withdrawal access. If any document needs a correction, the reason is shown in the same section.

LOCAL PAYMENT METHODS

Payment Channels Inside Your 578ph Wallet

Your 578ph wallet is connected to the payment rails Filipinos use every day. Each method listed here is available at the Deposit and Withdraw counters inside your account, subject to your verification status and eligibility under local law. We do not add undisclosed fees on our side — the amounts and limits shown in the account screens are what you work with.

  • GCash

Send from your GCash wallet using the QR code or account number shown at the deposit counter. Withdraw back to your registered GCash number once your account is verified.

  • Maya

Use your Maya balance or linked card to fund your account. Withdrawals return to your Maya wallet using the registered mobile number on your 578ph profile.

  • GrabPay

GrabPay is accepted at the deposit counter for eligible accounts. Check the Deposit screen to confirm it is available for your account region and current verification level.

  • InstaPay

InstaPay lets you move funds directly between a participating bank and your 578ph wallet. Include the reference number shown at the deposit counter in your bank transfer so the system can match it.

  • Bank Transfer

Standard bank-to-account transfer accepted from Philippine banks. Use the account details and reference number shown on the deposit screen. Withdrawals via Bank Transfer go to the bank account registered during verification.

TRANSACTION HISTORY

Match Your Wallet Records with Your 578ph Account

Every deposit and withdrawal that passes through your 578ph account is logged in the History panel with enough detail for you to match it against your GCash, Maya or bank statement. The reference number is the key piece of data — it appears on both the 578ph History entry and your wallet's own transaction record, so a side-by-side check takes seconds.

  • Reference number

Every transaction generates a unique reference number at the moment you submit a deposit or withdrawal. This number appears in your 578ph History panel and in the confirmation from GCash, Maya, InstaPay or your bank. Copy it before closing the confirmation screen.

  • Status labels

The History panel shows one of four status labels: Pending, Processing, Completed or Failed. Pending means the transfer has not been matched yet. Processing means it is being reviewed. Completed confirms the funds have moved. Failed means the transaction did not go through and the amount, if deducted, will be returned.

  • Account History panel

Access the History panel from the Wallet tab after login. Entries are listed in reverse chronological order with date, amount, method and status. You can filter by deposit or withdrawal to find a specific record without scrolling through the full list.

  • Evidence to keep

Hold onto your wallet's transaction confirmation — the timestamp, amount and reference number — until the status in your 578ph History panel reads Completed. This is the evidence you need if you contact support about a delayed or failed transaction.

How We Protect Your 578ph Account and Funds
ACCOUNT SAFEGUARDS

How We Protect Your 578ph Account and Funds

Account security on 578ph is built around four controls: the domain you access, the identity check we run on your account, the wallet ownership step at withdrawal, and the support path you can reach if something looks wrong. None of these controls ask you to share your password or full card number with us outside of the secure account screens.

  • Domain check

Always access your account through 578ph. Bookmark the address after your first login. Our account pages load over a secure connection — look for the padlock indicator in your browser bar before you enter any payment details.

  • Identity verification

The KYC step we run on every account is the primary control against unauthorised access. A verified account ties your balance to your confirmed identity, which means withdrawal requests can only be processed to the wallet or bank account you have already proven ownership of.

  • Wallet ownership confirmation

We confirm that the GCash, Maya or bank account registered on your 578ph profile belongs to you before processing any withdrawal. This prevents funds from being directed to an account that was added without your knowledge.

  • Support escalation path

If you notice a transaction you did not initiate, or if your account shows unusual activity, contact our support team immediately using the channel listed in your account's Help section. Have your account reference number and the transaction reference ready so the team can act on it without delay.

BANKING QUESTIONS

Common Questions About 578ph Banking

Below are the questions we hear most often from accounts in the Philippines about deposits, withdrawals, verification and transaction issues. If your question is not covered here, the Help section inside your account connects you directly to our support team.

Which deposit methods are available on 578ph right now?

We accept GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay and Bank Transfer at the deposit counter. The methods visible in your account depend on your verification status and the eligible region your account is registered under. Open the Wallet tab to see which channels are active for your account.

What is the minimum amount I can deposit or withdraw?

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are shown on the relevant screen inside your account at the time you transact. We do not publish a fixed figure here because limits can vary by payment method. Check the Deposit or Withdraw screen for the exact figure that applies to your account and chosen method.

My deposit was sent from GCash but the balance has not updated — what should I do?

First, check that you included the correct reference number when you sent the transfer. Then open the History panel and look for a Pending or Processing status entry. If neither appears and the GCash deduction is confirmed on your wallet's side, contact support with the GCash transaction reference number so we can trace the transfer.

How long does account verification take after I submit my documents?

Verification review time is not fixed, but submitting clear, complete documents — a legible government ID and wallet ownership confirmation where required — reduces the time needed. Check Account Settings for a status update. If the status has not changed after an extended period, reach out through the Help section with your submission reference.

Can I withdraw to a different GCash or Maya number than the one I registered?

Withdrawals are sent only to the wallet or bank account registered and verified on your 578ph profile. To change the registered withdrawal account, contact support — the team will walk you through the re-verification steps needed to update the details safely before any withdrawal is processed.

What happens if a withdrawal request is marked as Failed?

A Failed status means the transfer did not complete. The amount is returned to your 578ph wallet balance. Check your wallet details are still accurate and that the registered account is active. If the issue repeats, open a support ticket from the Help section and include the failed withdrawal reference number for the team to investigate.
